Work Experience

As a corporate attorney for over a decade at Fenwick, Cooley, and O’Melveny & Myers, my practice was concentrated on corporate matters for clients in the technology and life sciences industries. My background includes advising public and private companies with regard to corporate governance, mergers, acquisitions and venture capital financings ranging from bridge and seed rounds, to late-stage financings. I have also counseled issuers and underwriters in numerous capital markets transactions, with particular experience handling initial public offerings, follow-on offerings and ’34 Act reporting. I am excited to be able to offer the same high quality legal services I provided during my time working in BigLaw to my clients now with extra care and attention for my clients’ individual needs in a more personalized and cost-conscious structure.

Throughout my legal career, I have also been dedicated to pro bono service, and have provided legal services for homeless and low-income Seattle residents and veterans through community legal clinics. I have also provided pro bono immigration legal services to asylum seekers in Seattle and at the South Texas Family Residential Center in Dilley, Texas.
